These general conditions of sale govern all relations between the customer and the Amranioud e-commerce site represented by Mr El Amrani El Joutei El Hassani Rachid, they act as a contract. Any order placed on this site implies the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
These conditions are subject to change, however each user is only concerned by the conditions in force when ordering.
The validation of an order constitutes an electronic signature on the part of the user by which he undertakes to respect all the general conditions of sale.
This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of the products of Mr El Amrani El Joutei El Hassani Rachid, on the internet, through the platform Amranioud.ma is a service and a registered trademark of Mr El Amrani El Joutei El Hassani Rachid.
Price :
The prices displayed on Amranioud are in Moroccan Dirham and all taxes included (TTC). However, they do not include the cost of delivery.
The total price to be paid is clearly displayed during the final phase of the purchase process, the user therefore only validates his order after knowing the total amount to be paid.
The prices in force are those displayed on Amranioud at the time of the order, the customer is therefore not concerned by any promotion, offer or reduction prior or subsequent to his purchase.
Availability :
The product offers offered on Amranioud are only valid within the limit of available stock.
Delivery :
Amranioud ensures delivery to its customers at the address indicated when ordering. The time for this delivery depends on the availability of the products, the method of payment chosen, as well as the type of delivery that the user has selected.
The delivery time is calculated in open days, however it remains indicative and cannot give rise to complaints from the customer if the delay from the supposed delivery date is less than 7 days. Beyond this period (delivery time + 7 days) the customer can request the cancellation of his order.
The delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is validated, that is to say after receipt of payment and not before. If the customer has decided to cancel his order for a delay in delivery exceeding the aforementioned deadlines, he will be reimbursed.
The price of the delivery depends on the weight of the products purchased, the total amount of the order as well as the type of delivery that the user has chosen. This amount is clearly displayed on the buyer’s invoice.
For residents of the city of Fes, delivery is free.
At the time of receipt of the goods, the customer is required to check the products he has purchased and to report any damage or non-compliance observed through a complaint sent by email to the following address: oud@amranioud.ma within 48 hours.
Payment :
The customer has five methods of payment to pay for his purchases: bank transfer, payment by cash deposit in a bank branch, payment through Paypal, cash on delivery payment (on delivery) and payment by check. certified bank. These five payment methods are governed by Moroccan laws and any attempt at fraud is severely punished by the laws in force.
The Consumer guarantees to Mr El Amrani El Joutei El Hassani Rachid that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of his order.

Payment by bank transfer does not allow products to be reserved. The order is only validated after receipt of payment. The customer should take into consideration that a bank transfer requires at least 48 hours for the money to be transferred from one account to another.
For practical reasons, the user must indicate in reference to his transfer the number of his order. The validation of an order paid by bank transfer is only made after receipt of the latter.
Payment by cash deposit in an Attijariwafa Bank agency does not allow the customer to reserve the products of his order. This lasera is only effective after receipt of payment. The customer must send the amount corresponding to his order to the following account: (Account number: 007 270 0002731000302484 62 – Bank: Attijariwafa bank). Beyond a period of 15 days and in the event of non-receipt of payment, the order is systematically cancelled. A cash deposit usually takes 24 hours to reach the beneficiary’s account.
It is advisable to mention the reference of the order when depositing cash with the bank.
Validation is only done after receipt of payment, after which the goods are shipped to their buyer.
Any order with payment in cash on delivery (on delivery) is carefully checked by the fraud control service: (Mr El Amrani) of Amranioud.ma, this therefore requires a processing time before validation. Once validated, it is sent to the customer who must imperatively pay the amount of his purchases in cash to the postman. In case of refusal of payment by the customer, the company reserves the right to sue him.
This method of payment is not applicable to all orders but only to certain products and for amounts not exceeding 2000.00 MAD including tax for the entire order.
Payment by bank check on delivery is accepted provided that it is certified by the customer’s bank. The check in question must be made payable to Mr: El Amrani El Joutei El Hassani Rachid.
It is advisable to mention the order reference on the back of the check.
The processing of orders paid by bank check may take time. Indeed, once the order has been placed, the customer must send us, by email, a copy of the certified check.
Once this copy has been received, the order is validated and then dispatched as soon as possible. The check must be given to the deliverer at the time of delivery.
Note that the products of the order can only be reserved from the moment of receipt of the copy of the check.
It should be noted that we do not accept uncertified checks, that the check must absolutely be made payable to Mr: El Amrani El Joutei El Hassani Rachid and that it must be given to the delivery person at the time of delivery. delivery otherwise the package cannot be delivered.
Right to retract :
According to the law, the customer has a withdrawal period of 7 days from the day of receipt of the package. – In the case of payment by credit card, processing fees are deducted from the amount to be refunded, which may reach 2.5% of the amount of the order. The refund is made within a maximum of 15 days.
Promo codes:
Amranioud regularly offers promotional codes in the press and with its partners so that its customers can benefit from reductions on their purchases.
A code can only be used once per person and is in no way refundable or cumulative.
Promotional codes are only valid for the period indicated on the advertisement that accompanies them.
In order to take advantage of the reduction attributed to a code, it is essential to enter it in the box reserved for this purpose when ordering on Amranioud. A code is therefore not usable after validation of an order. Any complaint in this sense would therefore not be taken into account.
Protection of personal data :
The customer is required to provide sincere and accurate information when registering. Any false information will result in the cancellation of the order.
Customers’ personal data is used in the strictest confidentiality when processing the order. Only Mr El Amrani has access to it.
The information collected on the site www.amranioud.ma is processed for the delivery of products to customers.
The recipients of the data are: Mr El Amrani who manages the amranioud.ma site.
Amranioud.ma could possibly use this data during advertising campaigns in order to communicate to customers its various offers and special promotions.
